PROCESS OF DONATING:

  1. Contact Vicki for the Donation Form to complete
  2. Locate your Original Title (DO NOT SIGN OR WRITE ANYTHING ON THE BACK OF THE TITLE)
  3. Mail the completed Donation Form and Title to Mississippi Kidney Foundation, 3304 North State Street, Suite 102 Jackson, MS 39216
  4. Once the car sells, we will mail you a letter stating the amount the car sold for at auction. We will also send you important tax documentation about your donation in accordance with the IRS guidelines.
